About the Role
UI Developer role to lead the design, development and enhancement of user interfaces while mentoring junior developers. You will build responsive, visually appealing interfaces with a seamless user experience and work with cross-functional teams to align UI design with business goals. The team works on a scalable, secure multi-tenant architecture on Oracle Cloud (OCI) using ReactJS, Java, Hibernate, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Kafka and Jenkins.

What You'll Do
- 1Write and maintain clean, efficient and scalable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React
- 2Apply UI/UX design principles with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness and performance
- 3Run unit testing and user acceptance testing to ship bug-free interfaces
- 4Document design decisions, user flows and code structure
- 5Mentor junior developers and review code for design guidelines and performance
- 6Keep the UI aligned with the latest web standards and security best practices
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience with HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript and Bootstrap
- Experience with unit testing and user acceptance testing
- Ability to document UI development, including design decisions and user flows
- Experience working with product managers, UX designers and backend developers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
