About the Role
Join the App Components Team, a platform-focused product engineering team that builds the shared building blocks behind Rippling's Enterprise Studio experience. Your main focus is backend, but this is a true full stack role. You will build the backend services, APIs and data models that power these components, then write the React code that puts them in front of users.
About Rippling
Rippling is a workforce management platform that brings HR, IT and finance systems into one place. It runs a large engineering centre in Bangalore.
What You'll Do
- 1Design and implement scalable backend services using Python and Golang
- 2Build APIs and data models for complex enterprise use cases
- 3Write production React and React Native code to ship features end to end
- 4Work on systems running at scale with distributed tools like Kafka and Flink
- 5Own product initiatives from idea through to delivery
- 6Write clean, tested code and take part in code reviews
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems
- Able to write production-level React and React Native code
- System design skills covering consistency, performance and fault tolerance
- Experience with Python, Django, Golang, MongoDB and AWS is preferred
- Strong communication across product, design and engineering teams
