What You'll Do
- 1Collaborate with Product, Design (UI) and Development stakeholders to understand requirements
- 2Create and implement comprehensive test plans; conduct test plan and test strategy reviews
- 3Test new features and regressions across the suite of hardware and software products
- 4Create defects for requirement deviations, assign priority and severity, and escalate when needed
- 5Collaborate with project teams to triage and reproduce defects, debug customer issues and validate fixes
- 6Work with QA engineers and developers to adapt a test automation strategy and increase automation coverage with reusable scripts
- 7Contribute to product design and roadmap discussions from a quality perspective
What We're Looking For
- Experience with API testing using Postman and web application testing across desktop, hardware and mobile apps
- Hands-on automated testing using Selenium, Playwright or similar frameworks
- Strong familiarity with test automation frameworks for backend and frontend tech stacks
- Understanding and hands-on experience with testing of Fintech/Payments products and services is a plus
- Maintainable, reusable automation test scripts that identify bugs without false positives
