- 1Lead and grow a team of Production Engineers responsible for reliability, availability, and scalability of large-scale production services.
- 2Drive an automation-first culture, eliminating manual toil and building resilient, self-healing tools and systems.
- 3Implement and mature observability practices including monitoring and alerting.
- 4Reduce Mean Time to Mitigate and improve resilience of a globally distributed multi-cloud infrastructure.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading SRE or production engineering teams for large-scale services.
- Strong background in observability, operational readiness, and automation.
- Experience with globally distributed, multi-cloud infrastructure.
