About the Role
Mastercard's Global Pricing and Interchange team is hiring an AI engineer in Gurugram. You will build and deploy AI solutions for the team: LLM applications, agent systems, RAG pipelines and automation that turn pricing problems into working tools. The role covers the whole path from prototype to production.

What You'll Do
- 1Design, build and deploy AI, GenAI and agentic solutions for business problems
- 2Build LLM applications, RAG pipelines and intelligent agents from prototype to production
- 3Develop backend services and APIs that put AI solutions into use
- 4Build cloud-native AI/ML pipelines and data integration workflows
- 5Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices for deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management
- 6Follow Mastercard's security, privacy and responsible AI standards
What We're Looking For
- No years of experience stated in the posting
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Engineering or Data Science
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications, agent systems and RAG architectures
- Strong Python, plus APIs, microservices and SQL; Spark and cloud data platforms
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, model deployment and monitoring
