About the Role
Mastercard is hiring a software engineer in Pune to work on its payment platforms. You will sit in a scrum team that works alongside onshore engineering teams, building features, fixing defects and supporting live systems that have to stay available. The stack is Java and Spring Boot with Angular on the front.

What You'll Do
- 1Work in a scrum team within the SAFe framework, from sprint planning to delivery
- 2Work with onshore engineering teams on features and defects
- 3Design, build and maintain solutions across a multi-technology stack
- 4Support critical live systems for performance and resilience
- 5Contribute to engineering practices, automation and process improvements
What We're Looking For

- Experience with Java development and exposure to Spring Boot
- TDD and BDD testing with JUnit, Selenium or Cucumber
- Frontend experience with Angular and JavaScript
- SQL and relational databases (Oracle); Agile or SAFe experience
