About the Role
An on-site frontend role at a small product startup building AI software for e-commerce brands. You will build the operational side of the product, meaning dashboards, data tables and workflows, and own how it looks and feels. The team also expects occasional travel to client sites for UAT and go-live support.

Steps AI builds an AI platform that automates customer support and sales for e-commerce brands across websites, WhatsApp and Instagram. The team works in person from Hyderabad.
What You'll Do
- 1Build production applications with React, TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks
- 2Create reusable components with a consistent design language
- 3Build complex operational UIs: dashboards, data tables and workflows
- 4Integrate authenticated REST APIs with role-based access
- 5Turn requirements into coherent, visually consistent interfaces
- 6Take part in code review and hold the TypeScript quality bar
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 2+ years of production frontend experience
- Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong React, TypeScript and modern JavaScript
- Solid CSS layout and utility-based styling, with a portfolio showing spacing, hierarchy and polish
- Willing to work on-site in Hyderabad with occasional client travel
