• 1Abou Job: Associate Research Scientist, Chennai We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team, focusing on cutting-edge solutions in GenAI, vector search, embeddings, and semantic similarity.
• 2In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize intelligent search systems that leverage state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• 3You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient solutions that transform how we retrieve and process information.
• 4Design, build, and deploy GenAI/ML solutions leveraging NLP, vector search, MCP forecasting, and predictive analytics to enable intelligent insights and proactive monitoring.
• 5Develop predictive monitoring and anomaly detection models integrated with cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, and pod-level telemetry.
• 6Operationalize ML models with a strong observability mindset, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability across distributed systems.
• 7Integrate and optimize monitoring platforms such as Datadog and Coralogix to deliver end-to-end ML, application, and infrastructure visibility.

• Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
• In-depth knowledge of ML fundamentals, including deep learning, optimization techniques, generative AI, NLP, and LLMs.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (knowledge of multi cloud platform) Azure is primary , AWS/GCP is a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
