About the Role
Target India is hiring an Android engineer for its technology team in Bengaluru. You will build and maintain software components for one of the biggest retailers in the US, working on both the design and the day-to-day running of the product. The team balances shipping features quickly with keeping the software reliable.

What You'll Do
- 1Write, organise and maintain code based on agreed designs
- 2Review code and designs to keep quality and accuracy high across the team
- 3Deliver scalable, secure and repeatable software with guidance
- 4Take part in automation, debugging and implementation work
- 5Help with functional integration and regression testing, and automate test scripts
- 6Resolve common technical issues and watch system capacity
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of software development experience
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in at least one programming language
- Understands distributed programming and applies it in their area
- Keeps up with new and emerging technologies through training and self-study
