What You'll Do
- 1We're looking for a Staff Full Stack Developer to help build and scale our AI-powered tools for application development. You'll work at the intersection of UI, backend, and AI-driven engineering — architecting solutions that improve developer experience, expand platform capabilities, and drive engineering excellence across the team
- 2Design and implement AI-powered tools for application development, using cutting-edge technical approaches to deliver business value
- 3Architect and build core web technology stacks — authentication, event tracking, application platform, and design systems
- 4Drive architecture and engineering standards at the team and division level, promoting best practices for building modular, scalable web apps and APIs
- 5Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications on Kubernetes, improving scalability, reliability, and deployment speed
- 6Work closely with product, ML, and engineering teams to enhance developer experience, close technology gaps with creative solutions, and increase customer adoption
- 7Expand the product's reach to more customers, domains, and global markets while maintaining high engineering quality
- 8Integrate AI into engineering workflows and decision-making — using AI-powered tools, automating processes, and applying AI-driven insights to improve how the team builds and ships software
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of software engineering experience building scalable, high-quality applications
- Expertise in Java, JavaScript and modern UI frameworks — React, Angular, or Lit (required)
- Hands-on proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or similar) in day-to-day development work is a must
- Strong command of UI design principles, usability, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards
- Experience with REST, JSON, AJAX, and relational databases
- Experience with event-driven and stateless architectures, functional programming, and abstract data types (ADTs)
- Demonstrated experience driving architecture and engineering standards at a team or division level
