- 1Build and operate high-scale systems on a multitenant cloud platform
- 2Give architectural guidance across services and drive technical decisions
- 3Set and enforce best practices for coding, testing, observability and CI/CD
- 4Lead cross-team work on performance, reliability and adoption of new tools
- 5Help the team ship features faster without losing production quality
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Java or Go in a highly distributed, enterprise-scale environment
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure
- Strong experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge
- Experience with identity governance and administration and access management
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML and agentic AI workflows
- Preferred: Postgres, Redis, Terraform, Ansible, graph databases, GraphQL APIs, and IAM standards like SAML and OAuth
