What You'll Do
- 1Take charge of your teams overall quality strategy.
- 2Help the team to adapt and optimize for quality up front.
- 3Contribute to product code, participate in code reviews, and design and write automated tests.
- 4Plan and execute exploratory testing.
- 5Implement reliability engineering strategies.
- 6Coach other team members on quality-related activities.
- 7Foster a mature quality culture within the team.
- 8Communicate quality concerns effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in automation testing and quality assurance.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies.
- Experience with code reviews and reliability engineering.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
