About the Role
Software Engineer on the front-end platform team. You will help Principal deliver consistent web experiences faster by partnering with design, architecture, infrastructure and engineering teams to create and maintain web application patterns. The work spans discovery, architecture, development, testing, CI/CD tooling, measurement and monitoring. The role reports to a Delivery Manager or Senior Delivery Manager.

What You'll Do
- 1Build and improve reusable website capabilities, templates and engineering patterns
- 2Develop cloud-native solutions using AWS and DevOps guidelines
- 3Deliver secure, accessible and scalable web experiences with multiple departments
- 4Drive automation, CI/CD improvements and AI-assisted development practices
- 5Monitor and fix issues to support platform reliability, including a shared on-call rotation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, technology or engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of engineering experience
- Expertise in React, TypeScript and Next.js, plus experience with AWS
- Experience with design systems or front-end frameworks and reusable web application patterns
- Nice to have: Nx or similar build tools, OAuth (NextAuth), web components and web accessibility
