The Level 2 Software Engineer position at LingaTech involves developing and maintaining Node.js applications across both legacy and modern systems. What You'll Do
- 1Develop and maintain Node.js applications across legacy and modern systems
- 2Work with Angular framework for frontend development and user interfaces
- 3Manage and optimize Postgres databases for application data storage
- 4Develop desktop applications using Electron framework when required
- 5Participate in Agile development methodologies with cross-functional teams
- 6Utilize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- 7Work with AI-assisted tools to enhance development efficiency
- 8Maintain and modernize legacy systems while ensuring system stability
- 9Collaborate with clients and team members on feature requirements and implementation
- 10Implement TypeScript for type-safe JavaScript development
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Node.js development for backend services
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript programming
- Knowledge of Angular framework for frontend development
- Experience with Postgres or similar relational databases
- Familiarity with Electron for desktop application development
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Experience working with both legacy and modern technology stacks
- Ability to work in a consulting environment with multiple clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different tech environments
