What You'll Do
- 1Design, build and ship backend services in Python
- 2Create modern front-ends with React/Angular/Next.js
- 3Containerize and deploy with Docker & Kubernetes on Azure
- 4Integrate MongoDB and other data stores
- 5Collaborate in an elite 3-person Fireteam for rapid delivery
- 6Mentor peers and champion best practices
What We're Looking For
- 2+ yrs backend/full-stack experience
- Strong Python skills (C# is a plus)
- Hands-on with React, Angular, or Next.js
- Comfortable with Docker & Kubernetes
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Self-directed, quality-obsessed mindset
