About the Role
Ford is hiring a full stack engineer in Chennai to build enterprise applications with Java and React. Beyond normal full stack work, the role helps bring AI agents into the development process itself: agents that assist with code review, test generation and CI/CD. You would work with MCP servers and agent frameworks to connect language models to internal tools and data.

What You'll Do
- 1Build full stack web applications with Java (Spring Boot) and React or Angular
- 2Build and maintain micro frontend architecture, including module federation and shared design systems
- 3Build and consume REST APIs and microservices
- 4Design AI agent workflows for code review, test generation and documentation
- 5Build and maintain MCP servers that expose internal APIs and tools to agents securely
- 6Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications on GCP
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience in full stack software development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong Java with Spring Boot, Spring MVC or Hibernate
- Solid JavaScript or TypeScript with React
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Git and GitHub Actions
