About the Role
As a Software Engineer on the Creatives Library team at StackAdapt, you will design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive library of dynamic creative assets and resources. This library enables clients to store, host, and manage bulk creative assets for ad campaigns, facilitating the creation of quick, off-the-shelf display ad creatives on the platform.

What You'll Do
- 1Design, improve, and debug complex, scalable distributed systems.
- 2Take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
- 3Provide mentorship to interns and junior engineers.
- 4Ensure the tech stack is updated with current standards.
- 5Write extensible, scalable, and test-driven code.
- 6Participate in technical planning and architectural decision-making.
- 7Collaborate on designing scalable, well-tested, and well-documented web architecture, including APIs and backend systems.
- 8Contribute to code reviews and technical specification reviews.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of full-time experience building high-performance web applications.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Ruby on Rails.
- Experience managing technical projects end-to-end, from design to delivery.
- Strong understanding of scalable system design for web-based APIs and backend processing systems.
- Familiarity with relational databases, key-value stores, and cloud platforms like AWS.
