About the Role
As a Site Reliability Engineer at PhonePe, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to create and manage a reliable, scalable infrastructure that serves the business objectives of the organization.
What You'll Do
- 1Ensure the dependability, accessibility, and functionality of PhonePes website and applications.
- 2Collaborate with development and operations teams to create and manage a reliable, scalable infrastructure.
- 3Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support.
- 4Implement and manage cloud services.
- 5Automate and streamline operations and processes.
- 6Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- 7Maintain and improve system reliability and availability.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge in Linux/Unix Administration.
- Experience with networking and cloud services.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl or Golang.
- Experience with automation/configuration management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
