What You'll Do
- 1Support 24/7 operations in network management for utilities
- 2Ensure the reliability and performance of utility networks
- 3Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- 4Implement and maintain network infrastructure
- 5Monitor and optimize network performance
- 6Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support
- 7Document and communicate operational procedures and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in network operations or a related field
- Familiarity with Linux, TCP/IP, Unix, and VMware
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
