What You'll Do
- 1Fluent use of AI coding assistants – Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, Kiro, or equivalent – as a primary development tool
- 2Ability to decompose a non-trivial feature into chunks an agent completes reliably
- 3A track record of catching real bugs, security issues, and bad architectural choices in AI-generated code
- 4Ability to explain what makes a prompt produce usable code rather than plausible-looking garbage
- 5Use of AI to generate tests, paired with a clear view of where those tests give false confidence
- 6Architecture and system-design judgment that weighs at least as heavily as tooling fluency
What We're Looking For
- Fluent use of AI coding assistants – Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, Kiro, or equivalent – as a primary development tool
- Ability to decompose a non-trivial feature into chunks an agent completes reliably
- Ability to explain what makes a prompt produce usable code rather than plausible-looking garbage
- 6+ years building and shipping production web software, with real ownership of what you built after it went live
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript, applied across the browser and the server. We work primarily in React and Node; deep expertise in a comparable ecosystem plus evidence you pick up new stacks quickly is equally welcome
