What You'll Do
- 1Own several Data Science solutions throughout the full life cycle (brainstorming, design, implementation, productization and maintenance), together with your team
- 2Develop solutions based on data science, statistics and machine learning models
- 3Improve methods and tools, and contribute to communities of practice in Data Science
- 4Communicate with non-data scientists in Tech, Operations, Commercial and Product, explaining Data Science principles, concepts and algorithms in simple words
- 5Screen the market for potential new Data Science approaches
- 6Foster knowledge exchange within the company and present Data Science expertise at conferences and workshops
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree or PhD reflecting modeling and statistics skills, and 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Statistics and ML models
- Expert statistical / machine learning modeling skills (statistical tests, classification, predictive modelling, handling missing data, sampling, weighting)
- Experience with an analytical programming language (Python) and its ecosystem
- Ability to communicate complex methodology and technology to tech and non-tech audiences
- Nice to have: cloud computing environments and tooling (especially AWS)
- Nice to have: advanced software development skills (unit testing, CI/CD, Git) and basic SQL
