What You'll Do
- 1Develop full-stack features using Python, React, and Redux for the insurance platform
- 2Integrate AI and machine learning models into the application workflow
- 3Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
- 4Develop frontend components and user interfaces using React and Redux
- 5Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases for insurance data storage
- 6Deploy and maintain applications using AWS cloud services
- 7Implement AI/ML-enabled features for risk assessment and customer personalization
- 8Collaborate with data scientists and product teams on feature development
- 9Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices
- 10Contribute to the continuous improvement of the insurance platform technology stack
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Python development for backend services
- Proficiency in React and Redux for frontend development
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational database systems
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and deployment
- Interest in AI and machine learning technologies and their application
- Understanding of full-stack development principles and practices
- Ability to work in a startup environment with agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
