Junior Software Engineer

Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join their agile team and support the development of mission-critical software products for a DoD customer. The role involves using leading languages and frameworks, leveraging DevSecOps best practices, and working in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality software capabilities.

• 1Develop software using Python, JavaScript, React, and AWS.
• 2Apply DevSecOps best practices in an agile team.
• 3Automate testing and ensure software quality using Test Driven Development.
• 4Participate in technical exchange meetings and design discussions.
• 5Implement security measures throughout the software development lifecycle.
• 6Engage with project teams to deliver quality products.
• 7Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and customer demo sessions.

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of professional experience in an Agile team using DevOps practices.
• Experience with React, Python, Docker, and REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Strong Linux environment skills.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
