Jr Web Developer

Join Planned Systems International as a Junior Web Developer to work on mission-critical web-based solutions for federal clients. You will be responsible for website design, development, testing, and management of the hardware/software infrastructure. This role involves front-end, back-end, and database development, as well as working closely with clients and review panels to identify and implement effective solutions.

• 1Perform all aspects of development tasks, including front-end, back-end, and database development
• 2Manage resources to ensure timely and successful deliveries
• 3Work with clients and review panels to identify recommendations for technical, business, and human factors solutions
• 4Commit to clear and quality communications between team and client product managers
• 5Promote a collaborative work environment with team members and customers
• 6Develop and maintain web-enabled capabilities and custom applications
• 7Lead staff in defining and tracking project requirements, plans, and schedules
• 8Commit to delivery of quality products

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field
• Strong understanding of user interface design principles
• Proven track record of creative web site development
• Experience working with a variety of technologies and the ability to multi-task
• Experience communicating directly with end users and gathering requirements
• Experience analyzing business product needs and implementing effective software solutions
• Experience analyzing core standards for software development and maintaining an effective process for support
• Experience providing guidance and leadership to other developers and development teams
• U.S. Citizenship is required; ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
