Intern

As an Intern at NetApp, you will gain meaningful work experience, learn and grow in your field, and engage with interns and employees across the company. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our functional and technical professionals and contribute to the development, testing, and delivery of various AI projects.

• 1Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and prioritize use cases where AI can be leveraged
• 2Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI algorithms and models
• 3Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI techniques and contribute to innovative solutions
• 4Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to train and evaluate AI models
• 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
• 6Assist in the testing and validation of AI models to ensure their accuracy and reliability
• 7Document project progress, methodologies, and results for internal and external stakeholders
• 8Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities

• Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and concepts
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go)
• Experience with SQL and data analytics
• Familiarity with popular machine learning libraries or frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience working on real-world AI projects is a plus
