About the Role
As a Graduate Engineer in Operations at Mavenir, you will provide remote technical support to customers, ensuring issues and questions are resolved to customer satisfaction within SLA. You will troubleshoot E2E network issues, perform trace analysis, and coordinate with all stakeholders.

- Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant skills and interests in network operations and support
