About the Role
Atlassian is hiring a frontend engineer to work on the web frontend systems behind Jira, Confluence, Trello and Bitbucket. The posting is explicit that the role is fully remote and that you must be based in India. You would own projects from technical design through to launch and operation, and mentor junior engineers along the way.

What You'll Do
- 1Build client code that is fast, testable, scalable and high quality
- 2Work with engineers, designers and managers on user pain points
- 3Contribute to code reviews and documentation, and take on complex bug fixes
- 4Lead projects from technical design and implementation to launch and operation
- 5Onboard and mentor junior engineers
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5 and CSS, plus a modern framework such as React, Angular or Vue
- Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of the modern frontend ecosystem: bundling, linting, testing and releasing
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Mocha or Chai
- Experience building frontend applications at scale, working in Agile teams
