About the Role
Join Concord as a Front-End Developer to support a high-impact digital project for a leading retail client in the U.S. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining front-end components using Web Components standards, supporting integration and updates within an existing React-based architecture, and collaborating with the team to implement and test data layer changes for analytics and tracking purposes.

What You'll Do
- 1Develop and maintain front-end components using Web Components standards (e.g., Lit, Stencil, Vanilla JS)
- 2Support integration and updates within an existing React-based architecture
- 3Collaborate with the team to implement and test data layer changes for analytics and tracking purposes
- 4Maintain code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation
- 5Participate in code reviews and provide technical input as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in front-end web development using modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience or solid understanding of Web Components
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of React.js
- Familiarity with the concept of data layers for web analytics (e.g., Google Tag Manager, event tracking), or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous team environment
- Advanced English skills (B2 or higher)
