What You'll Do
- 1Analyze customer Functional Requirements and Technical Design Packages to define integration test scope and strategy
- 2Design, develop and maintain automated integration test cases in Embedded C++ for ctrlX PLC IO modules and accessories
- 3Validate hardware-software integration and industrial protocols (EtherCAT CoE/EoE, CAN, M-Bus, RS232/RS485)
- 4Run integration and system-level testing on remote hardware setups in Germany
- 5Debug integration issues with firmware, hardware and Germany-based engineering teams
- 6Develop reusable C++ test frameworks and automation; mentor junior engineers and drive test practice improvements
What We're Looking For
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in E&C or equivalent
- Strong programming in Embedded C++ (C++17) and PLC IO modules; good OOP understanding
- Experience with Linux-based embedded systems or embedded runtime environments
- Knowledge of industrial communication: EtherCAT, EoE, M-Bus, CAN, RS232/RS485
- Debugging and troubleshooting software on target hardware
- Understanding of software lifecycle, unit and integration testing; Git version control
