What You'll Do
- 1Recruit, hire and onboard a 20-person Global Security Operations team in India spanning vulnerability management, launch readiness and core enterprise security.
- 2Stand up operating rhythms, tooling and documentation, manage matrix reporting and represent the India team to GSO leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years in security operations, security engineering or a related technical discipline, including 5+ years in people leadership.
- Direct hands-on experience in at least one of vulnerability management, security automation or enterprise security operations.
- Track record of hiring and ramping technical teams quickly while holding the line on quality and culture.
