A hybrid DevOps role in the R&D team at a fintech software vendor. You own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes and DevSecOps for a platform used by investment managers and asset servicers. The team wants builders who pick pragmatic tools and drive outcomes on their own.

NeoXam is a B2B fintech software vendor covering data management, reconciliation, fund accounting, reporting and portfolio management. Its platform handles more than 25 trillion euros of assets a day across 175+ clients.
What You'll Do
- 1Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across engineering teams and products
- 2Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using code with Terraform or similar
- 3Deploy, operate and scale containerised workloads with Docker and Kubernetes
- 4Set up monitoring, logging and alerting for production visibility
- 5Automate configuration management, releases and operational tasks
- 6Implement security practices, access controls and secrets management
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 7 years of DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
- Strong scripting in Python, Bash or Go
- Docker and Kubernetes experience, plus Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions, and Linux administration
