Data Analyst

• 1Assume responsibility for the creation, implementation, and monitoring of KPIs related to growth, marketing, operations, and CRM
• 2Ownership of conceptualizing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and visualizations. Build performance reports based on business requirements
• 3Perform analyses to inform our Growth Team on how to optimize spend and attract new customers
• 4Conduct A/B & Multivariate Tests across the WeRoad digital marketing and CRM efforts to ensure maximum effectiveness, analyzing results and assessing significance to guide the marketing team
• 5Answer data questions by building high-quality and reliable datasets
• 6Contribute to developing our BI data warehouse, our R&D projects, and growing our team

• Proven experience in analytics with 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role
• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Good knowledge of Data Visualization tools like Tableau or Looker; proficient in building and designing clear dashboards
• Strong technical and analytical background with the love to dig deeper into the data until you can tell a compelling story with your insights
• Natural curiosity, the desire to take full ownership of your projects, passion for data, a keen eye for detail, and a hands-on mentality
• Fluent in English
