What You'll Do
- 1Become a local expert and superuser of standard dashboards and tables
- 2Manage and triage data requests through various inbound channels
- 3Provide timely and accurate responses to data inquiries
- 4Host regular office hours for stakeholders
- 5Support the creation of recurring reports and presentations
- 6Perform consistent data-related activities to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- 7Champion Samsaras cultural principles as the company scales globally
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Data Analytics
- Customer-service-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Experience with Google Slides
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts
- Basic Tableau development experience
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with Python
