About the Role
As a Data Analyst and Coordination Jr at Alten México, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and delivering information for different parts of future model vehicle programs. You will assist in program assignment and distribution of workload for analysts, identify shortfalls in engineering tools, and provide recommendations. What You'll Do
- 1Assist Engineering with program assignment and distribution of workload for analysts
- 2Identify shortfalls in engineering tools and provide recommendations
- 3Ensure control for consistency of process, workload distribution, and roles and responsibilities
- 4Assess overall progress and address issues
- 5Lead contact for Engineering Operations Lead
- 6Provide daily direction to the analyst team
- 7Assist Engineering Project manager with responsibilities
- 8Support and complete deliverables of Engineering Analyst
- 9Monitor progress, communicate, and publish efficiency metrics
- 10Assist Engineering with Vehicle Program BOM development, management, and delivery
- 11Support from start <PS> to P-Release with Engineering Support & Change Management for milestone deliverables/tasks
- 12Assist Engineering with Sourcing, Purchasing & Financial Process/Administrative support
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Automotive systems, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Previous working experience in managing BOM (Bill of Materials) and being a successful project leader
- Knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus
- Previous experience with FEDE tools (FEDEBOM and/or FEDE Workbench) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large and complex datasets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
