What You'll Do
- 1Develop and maintain core backend services in Go
- 2Design scalable distributed systems for financial data
- 3Optimize SQL queries and database schemas
- 4Implement secure APIs for equity management features
- 5Collaborate on system architecture decisions
- 6Build audit trails for financial compliance
- 7Participate in code reviews and technical planning
- 8Troubleshoot production issues in fintech environment
- 9Improve system reliability and monitoring
- 10Mentor junior engineers on best practices
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years professional backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Go (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with distributed systems design
- Deep understanding of SQL and database optimization
- Knowledge of API security best practices
- Familiarity with fintech compliance requirements (preferred)
- Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Interest in startup ecosystems and equity management
