What You'll Do
- 1Build Python backend services, scalable APIs and databases
- 2Work on voice-agent and telephony systems that handle live customer conversations
- 3Build customer-support, configuration, campaign and reporting services
- 4Debug and resolve production and client issues across services
- 5Run deployments on AWS, GCP or Azure with Docker and Kubernetes
- 6Work on new customer pilots, integrations and AI sales-agent launches
What We're Looking For
- 0-5 years of experience, as stated in the posting
- Strong Python and backend skills; Django, FastAPI or similar frameworks are valued
- Comfortable with APIs, databases, distributed systems, Redis and queues
- Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and production systems, or quick to learn them
- Clear communication and willingness to work across product, operations and customer teams
