What You'll Do
- 1Develop and implement API features for Blaise Transits on-demand transit platform
- 2Identify and fix bugs in existing backend systems and services
- 3Collaborate with the development team on code reviews and design discussions
- 4Work with JavaScript and Node.js to build scalable backend solutions
- 5Manage and optimize MySQL databases for transit data storage
- 6Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning
- 7Learn and apply software development best practices in a professional environment
- 8Assist in testing and quality assurance processes for backend services
- 9Document code and development processes for knowledge sharing
- 10Support integration of backend services with frontend applications and mobile platforms
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science or related field
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and backend development concepts
- Familiarity with Node.js runtime environment and frameworks
- Understanding of database systems, preferably MySQL
- Interest in API development and web services
