What You'll Do
- 1Develop and maintain Django-based financial automation platforms
- 2Optimize Pandas data pipelines processing 10M+ records daily
- 3Lead code reviews and enforce PEP 8 standards
- 4Design RESTful APIs for system integrations
- 5Implement AWS serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway)
- 6Mentor junior developers through pair programming
- 7Conduct technical interviews for team expansion
- 8Document architecture using UML and Swagger
- 9Troubleshoot production issues in financial reconciliation systems
- 10Implement security controls for PII data handling
- 11Automate testing with 90%+ coverage
- 12Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
- 13Research emerging Python libraries for process automation
- 14Manage sprint planning as Scrum Master
- 15Contribute to WNSs open-source BPM tools
What We're Looking For
- Bachelos/Masters in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years professional Python development experience
- 2+ years in team leadership/mentoring roles
- Expertise in Django framework and ORM
- Strong data analysis skills with Pandas/NumPy
- Experience with financial systems (preferred)
- AWS Associate Certification (desirable)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Understanding of CI/CD best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with legacy system modernization
- Contributions to open-source projects (plus)
- Financial domain knowledge (plus)
