About the Role
An onsite AI/ML role in Pune split across three areas: build, ship and research. You will train models for real client use cases, put them behind production inference pipelines, and debug them under live traffic. The team cares about models that stay alive in production, not just models that train well.

What You'll Do
- 1Build and train ML and DL models for real client use cases
- 2Build computer vision pipelines and GenAI applications with vector database integrations
- 3Create production inference pipelines using FastAPI
- 4Deploy applications on AWS with Docker and debug models under real traffic
- 5Fine-tune open-source models and evaluate them properly
- 6Prototype improvements based on failure analysis
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience
- Strong Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow and scikit-learn
- Computer vision fundamentals including OpenCV and object detection
- Hands-on GenAI work: prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning with PEFT or LoRA
- Docker and AWS deployment experience with S3 and EC2
