About the Role
The 2025 Technology Summer Analyst Program is a 2-month internship designed to provide students with a real-world, project-based experience in technology within a top financial firm. Interns will work on live projects, participate in training sessions, and gain insights into the role of technology in financial services.
What You'll Do
- 1Work on live projects sponsored by business-aligned technology groups
- 2Develop and maintain applications used by business units
- 3Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements
- 4Participate in system design, development, testing, and deployment
- 5Optimize applications for performance and scalability
- 6Engage in team-building and networking events
- 7Attend senior management presentations and professional skills workshops
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python)
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity theory
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience in the financial services sector is not required
